Ghost Games Tourney Machine Link
Players, coaches, and families should turn on notifications through Tourney Machine as tournament directors will push out any important communications via the app.

All games will be played in accordance with USA Lacrosse Rules.
Two 25-minute running halves with a 2 minute halftime. No timeouts. A central horn will signal the start, half and end of games.
2029-2032 Divisions - 12v12 Full field play
2033-2034 Divisions - 8v8 (7v7 plus a goalie) in a 2-3-2 format; 2 players must hold behind the half line. A draw will be taken at the start of the first and second half, and after every 3 goals. 1 pass must be completed on a team’s offensive side of the half.
Free Position Shots - If there is a foul in the 8M where a free position shot is awarded and the final whistle of the half of game has been blown, the free position shot will NOT BE TAKEN since Ghost Games is not a championship event.
Checking per USA Lacrosse Rules:
2029 & 2030 - Full Checking
2031 - Transitional Checking - There will be no 3 seconds good defense called.
2032 - Modified Checking - permits a player to use their stick to make controlled contact to the ball carrier’s stick if the contact (and checking motion) is below the shoulder and away from the body. There will be no 3 seconds good defense called.
2033 & 2034 - Three Seconds Good Defense

A coach/program staff member is required to check in at Headquarters (HQ) prior to their team’s first game of the day. At check-in, the coach/staff member will be required to sign a waiver confirming that all athletes participating on their team have a valid USA Lacrosse membership and have completed the player roster/waiver process.

All players must have completed the self-roster and waiver process to be eligible to compete in the Ghost Games Lacrosse Tournament. Club directors are responsible for sending out roster/waiver invitations via their LeagueApps Ghost Games team registration.

Team tents can be set-up in the designated areas noted on the FSA Facilities Map. Tents must be staked or weighted down securely. If high winds occur, tournament directors will notify participants to take tents down to ensure the safety of all participants.

Safety is our number one priority! The directors of Ghost Games reserve the right to cancel, shorten or re-schedule tournament games due to inclement weather, poor field conditions, or player and fan safety concerns. In the event of thunder and/or lightning, all games will be suspended for 30 minutes from the last strike. Games will resume at their regular scheduled time. No games will be made up or delayed.

Indoors - turfs or sneakers only; NO CLEATS
Outdoor turf and grass fields - turfs or cleats allowed

No pets are allowed on the property including parking lots.

No food, chewing gum or candy allowed on the field (including sunflower seeds).
No smoking or tobacco products allowed.
No glassware or glass bottles of any kind are allowed within the field.
No soda or Gatorade type drinks (only water) are allowed within the field.
No spitting on the surface of the synthetic field.
No alcoholic beverages.

Certified Athletic Trainers (ATCs) will be on site.

Tournament team deposits and final payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits at any time. Payments are non-transferable. No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation or shortening of any matches due to inclement weather or anything out of the control of the tournament directors.
