POLICIES

Refund Policy
Tournament team deposits and final payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits at any time. Payments are non-transferable. No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation or shortening of any matches due to inclement weather or anything out of the control of the tournament directors.

Team Tent Policy
Team tents can be set-up in the designated areas noted on the FSA Facilities Map. Tents must be staked or weighted down securely. If high winds occur, tournament directors will notify participants to take tents down to ensure the safety of all participants.

Weather Policy
Safety is our number one priority. In the event of inclement weather, all games will be suspended. For thunder and/or lightening, we must wait 30 minutes from the last lightening strike to safely return to play. You will hear 3 long blasts on the air horn and field marshalls will direct people to clear the fields and return to their cars. Games will resume at their regular scheduled time. No games will be made up or delayed.

Footwear Policy
Indoors - turfs or sneakers only; NO CLEATS
Outdoor turf and grass fields - turfs or cleats allowed

FSA Policies
No pets are allowed on the property including parking lots. Service animals are allowed.
No food, chewing gum, or candy allowed on the field (including sunflower seeds).
No smoking or tobacco products allowed.
No glassware or glass bottles of any kind are allowed within the field.
No soda or Gatorade type drinks (only water) are allowed on the field.
No spitting on the surface of the synthetic field.
No alcoholic beverages.
